Hi there.
I knew that I wanted to be a coach at the very beginning of my career. Coaching didn’t even exist then, but I knew I wanted to help people believe in themselves more fully and find a path in work and life that was aligned, fulfilling, and provided a sense of purpose.
It’s all I’ve ever cared about and is still at the center of what’s most meaningful to me today.
Since then, I’ve had the tremendous privilege of working with thousands of people throughout their careers and life changes. I’ve coached clients through building and selling companies, becoming leaders, navigating career pivots, job changes, life changes, and answering the question that sits underneath them all: What's next? Watching them step into new chapters with greater clarity, confidence, and alignment has been one of the greatest joys of my life.
I’m so looking forward to meeting you. Please set up a free call.

Professional Bio
II have 25+ years of experience helping people activate their potential and navigate meaningful growth throughout their careers. I've served as a People and Talent leader at organizations including Google, Publicis, and WPP, and continue to partner with large and small companies, entrepreneurs, and individuals—from early-career professionals to senior executives. I've sat in the rooms where careers are shaped, and I've spent years helping people shape them more intentionally.
Our relationship with work is one of the most revealing and influential aspects of our lives, which is why career development has become my specialty and passion. I quickly identify the patterns, beliefs, and assumptions underneath a challenge, creating new perspectives, greater clarity, and practical shifts in behavior that lead to lasting change.
My coaching credentials are through the Co-Active Training Institute (CTI) and the International Coaching Federation (ICF-PCC). I am a Certified Imposter Syndrome Coach Practitioner, a Certified ADHD Coach (in progress), and a practitioner of DiSC, DiSC for Leaders, Genos Emotional Intelligence, Contineo DEI, and Fierce Conversations.
Most people come to me talking about work.
What we end up talking about is everything that shapes how they show up there.
Because here's what I've come to understand after 25 years inside global organizations - and years of coaching individuals through growth, change, and transition: you bring your whole self to work.
Your talents, strengths, instincts, and ambitions.
And your fears, doubts, old stories, protective patterns, and limiting beliefs.
All of it comes with you.
It shapes how you lead, communicate, make decisions, navigate relationships, pursue opportunities, and sometimes hold yourself back.
My work lives at the intersection of career strategy, leadership development, and growth.
We'll talk about career narrative, communication, navigating organizational politics, leading through change, and making bold - and brave - career decisions. And we'll also explore the patterns underneath those challenges - the beliefs, assumptions, or impostors that still have a surprising amount of influence over how you work, lead, communicate, and make decisions.
Becasue sustainable growth rarely comes from learning skills or watching a training video.
It comes from understanding yourself more deeply and developing new ways of working.
Clients typically come to me during moments of transition and possibility: a promotion that feels daunting, a leadership challenge that's exposing old insecurities, a career that no longer fits, a job search, a layoff, or a growing sense that something needs to change.
Together, we navigate both the practical and the personal.
The strategy and the mindset.
The external challenge and the internal story.
My approach is practical, grounded, direct, and deeply human. We'll go as deep as the work requires - and you'll leave with insight, a strategy, and tangible tools for moving forward.
